Policy for refunds and exchange

Our refund and exchange policy lasts 30 days. Beyond 30 days of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer any exchange, refund, or store credit.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Under some circumstances, if an item is returned to us by our means and we cannot send you another item, a store credit is possible for future usage. 

Items at regular price are eligible for a refund or an exchange. Items identified with FINAL SALE cannot be exchanged or refunded under any circumstances. 

The following items can NOT be refunded, or exchange except if they are broken or if there is an error on our part:

  • Liquid grooming products such as: Ecolicious, MELP Mattes Sheepskin Wash, Ultrashield, Effax, Effol, Kentucky Shield
  • Dreamers & Schemers Socks
  • Belts
  • SSG and Roeckl gloves
  • Drinkware: wine cups and water bottles
  • Hair scrunchies
  • Hats
  • NAG Bags hay nets
  • Show bows
  • Stock ties and stock pins
  • Braid blings
  • Earrings
  • Gift cards
  • Halters and lead chains
  • ANY ITEM ON SALE

If any of these items present a default when you receive them, please contact us and we will find a solution for you. 

Follow these steps to help us with your refund or exchange

  1. Write to us at info@leveza to explain the situation. Please include your full name, order number, and the reason why you wish to have a refund or an exchange. 
  2. Once you have discussed with us and your submission has been approved, here are the next steps: 
a. In the case of an exchange: a prepaid return label will be sent to you electronically. You simply need to print it and stick it to the package and send it back to us.
b. In the case of a full refund: we do not cover shipping costs. You will be refunded the amount of the item purchased, not the shipping. We do not provide a prepaid label to return the item to us. It is your responsibility to cover the fees and organize the return of the item. While shipping an item, you should always consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Please keep your receipt that indicates the tracking number as proof of insurance till we can confirm that we have received your package. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your package. c. IN YOUR PACKAGE, PLEASE PRINT, FILL OUT, AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING FORM TO HELP US MAKE YOUR EXCHANGE A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE. Please also include a printed version of your order. Packages who do not have this form will NOT be processed regardless if it is a refund or an exchange.
d. Once we have received your original order, you either will be refunded or we will send you the new item as discussed. 

 

Please note, it takes up to 5 business days for the refund to appear on your preferred method of payment.

Depending on where you live, it may take some time to process your exchange submission.
